How-to Guides for Essensa Members (updated Sep. 23, 2014)
- TO CREATE NEW MEMBER ONLINE ACCOUNT
- Apply for new member account at the Essensa Office. After paying the BUILDER membership fee (P500), receive the registration code and password code from the office.
- New recruit’s sponsor/recruiter logs in* to his Essensa account at essensanaturale.net by clicking on “login” at the top right portion of the page.*(Emphasis: the member who is logged in and registers the new member is the one who will be credited with the direct referral bonus).
- See to it that you are in “My Account Summary” Page
- At the left margin, point (don’t click) the cursor to “Binary Structure” then wait for the drop-down menu to show up.
- Click on “Graphical View”
- In the downlines chart/genealogy, the sponsor/recruiter then selects where to place the new recruit by clicking on any gray-colored head.
- Click on the “Distributor Builder” box
- The sponsor and recruit enter the personal data of the recruit (name, birthday, address, etc.) in the appropriate boxes.
- The new recruit creates his/her own Essensa account by registering his own login: (a) username and (b) password.
- Enter the member’s BUILDER registration code and password provided by the Essensa office when you paid your membership.
- Enter the validation code (see green-shaded box in the web page)
- Click on “Validate application form”
- Wait for the system to confirm if the registration is completed. If there were errors, the system will inform you.
- Registration as Builder is now complete
- TO UPGRADE MEMBER STATUS TO BUILDER+STARTER (BS) and/or BUILDER+STARTER+DEALER (BSD)
- Member buys STARTER (P2,000) and/or DEALER (P5,980) registration codes and password codes from the office
- Member logs in to his own Essensa account at essensanaturale.net by clicking on “login” at the top right portion of the page.
- Scroll down the page until you read “Click Here to Upgrade Account”. Click on the link.
- In the drop-down menu, select “Distributor Starter (Plans2000)”
- Enter your STARTER registration code and password code
- Enter validation code and then click “upgrade account”. Done.
- If you also bought DEALER registration code and password, repeat step 3 above, and select “Dealer (Plan 5980)” in the drop-down menu.
- Repeat steps 5 & 6 above.
- TO CHECK YOUR DOWNLINE CHART
- Login to your account
- See to it that you are in the “My Account Summary” page
- Point the cursor to “Binary Structure”
- Click on “Graphical View”
- To see the full list of your downline members, click on “All members in organization”
- You can also click on “Members in Left” or “Members in Right”
Advice: always strive to have equal number of members on the left and right legs to maximize your pairing incomes.
- TO ENCODE PRODUCT CODES
Advice: Always do this when you purchase products from the office, to earn Point Values (PV)
- When you purchase products from the office, always ask for the product codes or each item you buy.
- Login to your Essensa account.
- See to it that you are in the “My Account Summary” page
- At the left margin, point the cursor (don’t click) on “Online Product Ordering”
- Wait for the drop-down menu to appear and then click on “Online Order Thru Product Codes”
- Enter product code1 & code 2 in the appropriate boxes
- Click “Add product code to cart” box
- If you have bought more than one product, repeat procedures 6 & 7 above until all codes are entered.
- After all codes are entered, click “Submit Order”.
- TO ENCASH YOUR EARNINGS
- Login to your Essensa account.
- See to it that you are in the “My Account Summary” page
- At the left margin, point the curson (don’t click) on “Encashment”
- Wait for the drop-down menu to appear then click on “Request for encashment”
- Choose the payment method you prefer—by check or bank transfer.
Notes:
- Request for encashment may be done only on Mondays and Tuesdays and paid by the Head Office on Fridays.
- If you prefer bank transfer, you have to open a bank account at any Security Bank or BDO branch. No other banks are allowed. Request your bank for its “Swift Code”.
- TO REGISTER YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITH ESSENSA
- Login to your Essensa account.
- See to it that you are in the “My Account Summary” page
- At the left margin, point the curson (don’t click) on “Account Settings”
- Wait for the drop-down menu to appear
- Click on “Bank Account”
- Enter the data required in the boxes.
- TO CHANGE PASSWORD (advice: do it every 6 months or more frequently)
- Login to your Essensa account.
- See to it that you are in the “My Account Summary” page
- At the left margin, point the cursor (don’t click) on “Account Settings”
- Wait for the drop-down menu to appear
- Click on “change password”
- Enter your old and new passwords.
Hi I am member of Essensa since 2014 I paid 8,000 pesos for the membership until now I don’t have membership ID it was 2 years now. I am taking buah merah for almost 3years now results is amazing Im taking it in the morning as my vitamins.
